Quiero que mis pinturas resuenen distinto en cada persona, que provoquen un significado propio y trascendente en el espectador.

Me inicié muy joven en la pintura profesional, tal vez por una cercana relación con Rufino Tamayo y Carlos Mérida me marcaron profundamente. Estudié Arquitectura y Diseño. Soy Pintor, Diseñador y Arquitecto.

Mi inspiración va en busca de la esencia y de la emoción; plagada de ecos de nuestra cultura y nuestro color. 

Pintar es un acto profundo, un encuentro conmigo mismo destinado a recrear, en la forma primitiva de artista-artesano.

Es una introspección poética de un presente y un pasado sin fechas. Los enigmas brotan tanto de mi voluntad como del inconsciente, sin entender, comprendo y me sorprenden al pintar.

Hablan de algo que simplemente no puedo callar.

I want my paintings to resonate differently with each person, to provoke their own transcendent meaning.

I started very young in professional painting, maybe because of my close relationship with Rufino Tamayo and Carlos Mérida who left a deep mark on me. I studied Architecture and Design. I am a Painter, Designer, and Architect.

My inspiration goes in search of essence and emotion; full of echoes of our culture and our color.

Painting is a profound act, an encounter with myself destined to recreate, in the primitive form of artist-craftsman.

It is a poetic introspection of a present and a past without dates. The enigmas spring both from my will and from the unconscious, without understanding, I understand and they surprise me when painting.

They talk about something that I just can’t shut up.
